Scenario Practice for Lesson 3: Self-Discovery and Positive Self-Talk

Objective:

Help participants apply the concepts of reframing self-talk using real-world scenarios they might face. This practice reinforces the Inner Critic vs. Inner Coach framework and the ABC Model in action.

Instructions:

  1. Read each scenario carefully.
  2. Reflect on what your Inner Critic might say in that situation.
  3. Reframe the thought using your Inner Coach to create a positive or constructive perspective.
  4. Write how this reframe might change your actions and emotions.
