What counts as imperfect?

- Dye lines
- Minor marks
- Off specs
- Small holes on rare occasion

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
- We use DHL Express, UPS, and USPS for shipping.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the client's address.
Shipping Destinations:
- We ship to Europe and North America.
Transit Times:
- For orders within the US, the transit time is 1 to 4 days.
- For European orders, the transit time ranges from 3 to 14 days, typically around 7 days.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed in less than 48 hours, usually within 12 hours.
Tracking Information:
- Customers will receive a tracking code from the chosen courier.
- The tracking code will be emailed by the selected courier.
Delays:
- Possible delays may occur during holidays or natural disasters.
- Clients will be promptly informed of any shipping delays.
International Shipping Fees:
- Additional fees such as customs and duties may apply for international orders.
- Customers are responsible for paying these fees at the time of placing the order.

Unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 7 days of the order being received.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of the items. All returned items must be in new unworn condition.
Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
We are unable to accept returns after 7 days from time of order received.

To maintain the quality of your product, wash it in cold or warm water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach as it can weaken the fibers and cause fading.
For best results, tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry to prevent shrinkage.
If ironing is necessary, use a medium-hot iron while the item is still slightly damp or use a steam iron to remove wrinkles.
Cotton can withstand high temperatures, but excessive heat might cause shrinkage. For stubborn stains, pre-treat with a stain remover before washing.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration.
