Step 1: Identify Your Core Values
- Review the list of values provided in the lesson. These values may include qualities like honesty, compassion, courage, growth, accountability, kindness, resilience, and others.
- Task: Select two or three values that resonate with you the most. These should be values that align with who you are or who you want to become.
Step 2: Reflect on the Importance of Your Chosen Values
- Think about how these values have played a role in your life up to this point.

Step 3: Plan How to Live by Your Values
