The MAPP is organized into three essential phases: Foundation, Performance Mindset, and Resilience & Recovery and is delivered through a combination of online and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all participants.

In this phase, you'll establish a strong mental base through key modules:

  • Self Empowerment: Develop confidence, self-love, and a winning mindset with positive affirmations.
  • Goal Setting and Motivation: Master goal-setting strategies, including SWOT analysis and SMART goals, to stay focused and motivated.
  • Introduction to Mindfulness: Learn to balance self-care with teamwork, enhancing mental toughness and focus through mindfulness and the W1n List.
  • Awareness of Breath (AOB): Improve focus and reduce stress with mindful breathing techniques, including body scan meditation and box breathing.
  • Managing Stress and Anxiety: Understand and manage stress with grounding techniques and personalized stress management plans.
  • Emotional Regulation: Gain skills to manage emotions, develop a growth mindset, and improve communication.
