The Mindful Athletic Performance Program (MAP) is dedicated to cultivating mindful, resilient, and high-performing athletes. Our mission is to instill the principles of mindfulness, encouraging athletes to live in the present moment, respond to challenges with grace, and support each other with kindness and accountability. Through comprehensive training, we aim to enhance mental toughness, emotional well-being, and overall athletic performance. We empower athletes with confidence, resilience, holistic health, and leadership skills, ensuring long-term success and fulfillment in both sports and life.

The MAP program is divided into three main phases: Mindfulness, Performance, and Injury Prevention. It is delivered through a combination of online and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all participants.

  • Live Sessions: Virtual sessions twice a week with personalized coaching and practical exercises
  • In-Person Workshops: Monthly workshops to reinforce learning and provide hands-on experience
