The MAPP empowers you to strengthen your mindset, build resilience, and excel in all areas of life. Whether you’re an athlete or a professional, our program blends mindfulness with actionable mental strategies, giving you the tools to confidently tackle challenges and achieve lasting success.
The MAPP is organized into three essential phases: Foundation, Performance Mindset, and Resilience & Recovery and is delivered through a combination of online and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all participants.

- Introduction to Mindfulness: Learn to balance self-care with teamwork, enhancing mental toughness and focus through mindfulness and the W1n List.
- Awareness of Breath (AOB): Improve focus and reduce stress with mindful breathing techniques, including body scan meditation and box breathing.
- Managing Stress and Anxiety: Understand and manage stress with grounding techniques and personalized stress management plans.
- Emotional Regulation: Gain skills to manage emotions, develop a growth mindset, and improve communication.
