The MAPP at Wonbyone

The Mindful Athletic Performance Program (The MAPP) at Wonbyone is a comprehensive skills development and mental training program developed by 8-year professional basketball player and Tokyo 2020 Olympian, Obi Emegano. The MAPP is dedicated to helping athletes master both the physical and mental demands of high-level sports.

Focusing on building confidence, resilience, and discipline, The MAPP empowers athletes to overcome challenges, manage performance anxiety, and consistently perform under pressure. Through personalized coaching, mental resilience training, and strategic goal-setting, The MAPP equips athletes with the tools they need to stay focused, motivated, and in control—both on and off the court. Our mission is to unlock each athlete's full potential, enabling them to perform with clarity, consistency, and confidence at every level of competition.
